A certified coach with the International Coaching Federation (ACC), Helen specialises in designing and delivering impactful programmes, building strong relationships across cultures, and driving change to foster development at all organisational levels.

Keith Hamson

Keith Hamson is the Global Leadership Development Senior Manager at PepsiCo, where he has driven leadership and team development since 2007. A collaborative and innovative professional, he specialises in executive coaching, team effectiveness, and facilitating high-impact global leadership programmes, utilising tools like Insights and Hogan personality assessments to enhance performance and potential.

Alison Grieve
