Linda is an experienced dialogue facilitator and trainer in Leadership, Team dynamics and Conflict Resolution in national and international contexts. She has a strong drive to trigger groups and teams to move beyond feeling stuck or ineffective. 

In her work she taps from her extensive experience with Deep Democracy, Process Work, Systemic Work and Transactional Analysis. Together with her facilitating partner Stephanie van Rossum, they guide groups and their leaders towards unlocking their potential.

Linda has large experience in a variety of companies in various industries such as Philips, ING, MSD, DSM, Pon Holdings, UMC Utrecht , NSO CNA, Ormit and several educational organisations. She is certified in Management Drives, MBTI, Big Five and 360 degree leadership questionnaire.
